Course for physiotherapists No. 1: Introduction to the method
In this course, you will learn the basic principles of the method and how to get the patient to adopt the method through exercises and manual techniques. You will learn the basic exercises and how to organize them into sets. You will also learn about massage and manual techniques to correct the most common muscle imbalances. We will talk about the basic anatomy of the muscle chains responsible for our movement. The course includes a practical and theoretical part. The course has part A, which lasts 2 days and contains 16 teaching hours with the topic of exercises, and part B, which lasts 16 teaching hours, and the content is manual techniques. This course is the first in the series and you need to do it before completing any other thematic course. It is a necessary basis for understanding the following topics. The repertoire of exercises can be found in the Spiralista app.

Course for physiotherapists No. 2: Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine
Intervertebral disc protrusion, spondylolisthesis, problems after spinal surgery, spondylarthrosis, m. Scheuermann and others. Surely you also encounter the fact that the spine tends to be damaged in several segments at once, especially in the lumbar and cervical spine. In this thematic course, you will learn about the negative effects on each segment and how to treat them with exercises and manual techniques. You will extend your knowledge of the details of exercises appropriate and inappropriate for specific diagnoses and learn how to proceed when performing them. You will find training sets for the above difficulties in the Spiralista app. We will talk about the most common causes of acute and chronic spinal disorders. You will extend your knowledge of the types of manual techniques using the suspension system for different spinal injuries. The course has Part A, which lasts 2 days and includes 16 teaching hours on the lumbar spine, and Part B, which lasts 16 teaching hours and includes topics on the cervical and thoracic spine.

Course for physiotherapists No. 3: Upper and lower limbs
What are the procedures and exercise classifications for diagnoses involving the upper and lower extremities? What are the anatomical and functional implications for joint and tendon pain and muscle injuries? How to treat the patient and gradually reconnect the body so that it can again withstand the daily stress? This course is also based on the knowledge of anatomy and will give you a deeper understanding of some common diagnoses through the eye of an experienced therapist. Frozen shoulder, cervicobrachial syndrome, tennis and golf elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, foot arch, bunions, arthritis of the knee and hip and more will be the topic of not only exercise procedures but also manual techniques. Exercises for the most common difficulties can be found in the Spiralista app. The course has Part A, which lasts 2 days and contains 16 lessons on the upper limb and Part B, which lasts 16 lessons and contains the topic of the lower limb.
T4
Course for physiotherapists No. 4: Muscle chains
What are the functional muscle chains in our body? How do they work, which ones do we tend to overload, and which ones tend to become weak? In this course, detailed functional anatomy is combined with explanation in movement. Vertical and spiral muscle chains will be discussed in multiple layers and in the context of exercises. We will demonstrate how to apply knowledge of functional anatomy for treatment, prevention, recovery, and sport.
T5
Course for physiotherapists No. 5: Scoliosis
This course is designed for anyone who encounters an increasing number of clients with scoliosis. The topics covered include the correction of idiopathic scoliosis in children and adults, and we will also tell you how to prepare a patient for spinal surgery or what the rehabilitation process is like for patients after scoliosis surgery. In the lectures, you will get information about X-rays, photo documentation, limb length, corset therapy, or inappropriate sports. You will have the opportunity to practice the procedure with clinical examples. The physiotherapist can bring their scoliosis patient to the course and work in pairs. You will be shown curve corrections in great detail and go through a rehabilitation or training plan together. You'll learn modifications of basic manual techniques for scoliosis. Part A: A basic set of exercises with corrections for scoliosis, manual techniques and massage for home use accompanied by breathing. Part B: An expanded range of exercises leading to a coordinated gait, manual techniques modified for scoliotics and performed on a suspension system.
T6
Course for physiotherapists No. 6: Vertebrovisceral relations
Let's look at the relationship between the musculoskeletal system and the internal organs for once. Why do we suffer from migraines, gastroesophageal reflux, or constipation? What is the possible cause of cardiovascular disease, cervicocranial syndrome, metabolic syndrome, urogenital tract problems including infections, incontinence, and functional sterility? We will tell you all this in the theoretical part of this course and in the practical part we will show you the training sets that help to solve these problems. Manual techniques will again be discussed.
T7
Course for physiotherapists No. 7: Sport
Do you want something more? Rehabilitation overlaps with sports performance and vice versa. Learn how to build a fitness program using Spiral Stabilization exercises, or how to prevent some of the difficulties caused by sports. You will create a challenging exercise program with rich coordination elements, improve your proprioception and strengthen your muscle corset. We will show you beautiful clinical examples from practice with explanations of the correction and treatment process. We will demonstrate coordinated running, talk about the risks of sports, and emphasize the need for the human body to prepare for exercise as well as recover from sports strain. Again, we will delve into the area of muscle chains. We will show you how to make rehabilitation more fun.

Workshop for students
The workshop is aimed at introducing students to the most common musculoskeletal diagnoses such as scoliosis, intervertebral disc herniations and faulty posture. The course is ideal for physiotherapy, general medicine and sports education students, but is also beneficial for other disciplines. The four-hour workshop is divided into three parts: causation, which shows how to recognize and treat these conditions; theory, focusing on muscle chains and the effects of gravity; and practice, where participants will try out examination methods and a basic set of Spiral Stabilization exercises. The course allows participants to gain practical skills and theoretical knowledge that they can immediately apply to their future profession.
