The workshop is aimed at introducing students to the most common musculoskeletal diagnoses such as scoliosis, intervertebral disc herniations and faulty posture. The course is ideal for physiotherapy, general medicine and sports education students, but is also beneficial for other disciplines. The four-hour workshop is divided into three parts: causation, which shows how to recognize and treat these conditions; theory, focusing on muscle chains and the effects of gravity; and practice, where participants will try out examination methods and a basic set of Spiral Stabilization exercises. The course allows participants to gain practical skills and theoretical knowledge that they can immediately apply to their future profession.
